Is there a inactive decay punishment if you dont played ranked for a while. Will you derank a tier per day or something similar?

At the end of each session, usually the span of a month plus or minus a few days, all players start with five ranks less then the one before, like platinum ones would start at gold one.

no rank decay if you don't play, but ranking does reset after a few weeks
