Restart skill VS duel, standby skill

What is better for a good first hand card on 2 first turn? And give me your reason why do you prefer that skill? I am confuse to compare that skill. I think i am prefer a restart. But some other choose to duel standby for 5 card and hope on 2 turn got the essential card.

Duel, standby is mostly useful for combo/burn decks that go minus.

Restart is definitely the skill you want to prevent bricking and increase consistency. It's better to have 2 chances at a hand you want instead of 1 chance at a slightly larger hand that can still be a brick.

Restart is for me the best skill, beacuse winning a duel depends like 50% on your starting hand
