Kuriboh bugged

This happened ever since we got the new "Land of the Titans" Box, sometimes during duells in PvP AND against NPC's whenever i had Kuriboh in my hand and the enemy attacked his effect won't get triggered for some reason (no effect negation on the field just normal attacks). I got Kuriboh since release and such thing has never happened before. This is the third time in 2 weeks it happened to me now. Any suggestion or anyone with the same issue? I already submitted a report to Konami.

Duh... as i said there were no effect negation in place, no duells against Vagabond.
