Toon buster Blade bug

Hallo,

I use toon buster Blade a lot against Joey Wheeler and his special stronger decks.
But when I kill one of his red eyed b Dragons the attack of toon buster Blade does not increase. This does happen whit All other Dragons in his Deck exept red eye b dragon

"This card gains 500 ATK for each Dragon-Type monster your opponent controls or is in their Graveyard."

Buster Blader already gained ATK from the opponent controlling Red-Eyes. Since it just moved to the Graveyard, ofc there's no ATK change.
