Staying at one Stage because of SDs

I'm currently at stage 48 for about 3 weeks now.
I'm just worried about going to a higher stage because SDs may become stronger.

Would recommend staying at this stage or keep going?

I stayed at level 50 because I heard a popular youtuber say the level 51 SD's were incredibly hard. And they turned out to be easier. My auto duel win rate is up with the level 51's
