It only works if your deck is blue eyes based and your skill is draw light monsters

Yes, Kaibaman/BEWD deck is great and there's even a KoG version to climb the ranks in PvP.
The deck is so much fun to use too, you'll enjoy using it!

Only if you are planning on making a blue eyes deck. No card I know that can do that. You can always use Destiny draw skill from yugioh or Odin skill for traps.
