Definitely was suspecting this for a while. Didn't start thinking it was real until I was looking for my Amazoness Paladin only to find that she's not there. I guess it nice to know that its happening to other people too so I'm not going crazy.

This is real. It's happened to me many times, but thought I was tripping. Now I'm sure I had galaxy cyclone and it's not there! Huge BS.

This happened to many of my event cards, including Jinzo and Toon Dark Magician Girl. Try contacting KONAMI customer support. Maybe they could help :(

This happened with alot of my fusion monsters I don't wana quit the game but it sucks

SAME! Has happened several times, with reward cards and cards I got from the card trader. Lost at least 3 SR cards like this. One alternative art polymerization and 2 botanic girls. I recall suspecting this problem before as well, just don't remember what cards I lost back then.
I am CERTAIN I didn't convert them.
Never converted ANY SR's up to this point.

yep - same thing mate
what i noticed
1.when megician girl changed from SR to UR i had 3 of them dissapeard.
2.3 of my mysical beast of serket dissapeard today ! (17.1.18 )

yeah I just notice this today with White tiger summoner I had 2 of them and now their gone like WTF I didn't convert them or anything any explanation to why this has happened

I would also like to add my two cents on this. I'm certain I had water hazard and Orca from Mako but now they're both gone

Yep, I thought I was crazy, it happened to me with shield and sword and today It Happened to Me with Fusion Gate, Went To Look For it For A Bakura deck and cant Find it.

Actually never noticed that with cards, but did have a similar experience with dropped skills, but like you no actual evidence or proof. My dropped skills were Toon World and Extra, Extra but the kicker is I don't think I was on Pegasus, and thus they didn't stick. lol
