Will the event with Yami Bakura come back?

I wanted to unlock Yami Bakura so bad, but didn't have enough time. So my question is, if the event will come back?!

I unlocked him last event but lost/broke my phone and couldn't gain back any of my progress, so I lost him, I'm hoping to see the event once more and in fact, pretty much refuse to play until I can get him again XD
