Did you know: You can buy a card trader from the card trader.

Jar of greed x3 good for farm deck.
Wonder wand if you play a spellcaster farm deck.
Magical Mallet is also good for farm deck,
Level 4 trap monsters, good for auto duel deck.
Mythical Beast Cerberus is a beginer of beginer, farm deck completely f2p.

Serene Psychic witch is good for Psychic deck.
Delta the magnet warrior is self explain.
Mausoleum of the emperor is to cheer some tribute.
Hammer Shark for water deck.

Most trader cards aren't good. If you're a new player, you might want to go for Synchros and Xyzs because more Extra Deck options are always good.

Some other suggestions:
Trap monsters (slow but great for Rank 4 Xyz decks)
Aromage (cheap and decent archetype)
Chaos Hunter (nice Karma cut counter)
Kiteroid (one of the best hand traps)
Riryoku (not that good but an easy option to overcome stronger monsters)

Other cards are very decent in a certain archetype, e.g. Magician's Rod, Fish Torpedo, Delta Magnet Warrior, Rose Lover, Harpie Lady 1, Twin-Barrel dragon, etc.
