UR Cards Only When I Lose

Is this normal? It seems like I only get UR cards from farming when I lose. I am mostly concerned with getting one more BEWD for the BEWD farm deck.

Yeah, it's all based on RNG
yesterday i got the legendary fisherman
on mako lvl 30,
it was my 4th time farming him in that level..
so it was RNG all the tym....
