Erm, I'm not entirely sure what you're trying to ask (or what any of the responses here are trying to convey, actually). Sphere Kuriboh doesn't negate effects. It changes attacking monsters to Defence Position. And there is absolutely nothing stopping it from doing that to a Cyberdark. (It also doesn't target, so won't be blocked by Zane's Cyberdark Inferno either.)

The cyber dark field spell stops any card effects from targeting a cyber dark monster equipped with another monster.
