People say things like "People dont mess around with winning gems so the KC Cup always has huge plays "
Thats not how stuff works
You dont suddenly have absolutely excellent draws, where your best chain is all in your opening hand, against your opponents because its a tournament. Ill face a DDD player. I open as a dead draw, then on their very first turn they get 2 6000 Alexanders, a Beowulf and an Oracle... Thats not how a legitimate game works soooo...

DuelLinksMeta and Reddit:
"Using this deck, I find you wont need CARD and it just takes up space. The only reason for this card would be if there were a lot of DECK NAME around, but those are rarely played anymore and the deck should thrive without it"
I then encounter this deck type that is "rarely played anymore" about every 3rd match.
DuelLinksMeta and Reddit:
"When using this deck, it's best to hope you draw CARD first when facing THREE DECK NAMES, but its not a must because the chances they start their full engine on turn 1 is very unlikely "
I face these decks and they immediately have the perfect chain going on Turn 1 nearly every single time. Complete wipes. Regardless of what I have in my hand and field. Perfect backrow on opening hand that counteracts what Ive drawn and am going to play. Everytime.
Watching videos of KoG runs with decks almost identical to mine and the opponents don't perfect draw every match, their last remaining backrow that isnt destroyed isn't always Drowning Mirror Force that causes them to win next turn. Watching matches It's generally something that can't be played at that time, which never ever happens to me. If I take a single @@@ chance, itll be a loss. Ill have a full field up with back row support and lose on their turn because their cards perfectly work around my support.
Its a different Duel Links for everyone. Some are basically handed wins and others are given loss streaks that make you just stare at the title screen. Those that are handed wins dont want to accept it because they want to believe they are "good enough " to have KoGd every season since playing even with the most garbage of decks.

Adding to below!
People will argue that its just bad RNG timing, but every match is like this. Every single one. I will wipe an opponents entire field and leave them with 100LP and no cards in their hand and their next card drawn will allow them to start a chain and win that turn. It just endless 5% chance card draws for the opponent. I never ever get the card I need for a comeback, in fact most of the cards I need end up being bottom decked for consecutive matches as I dont draw them in the first 10

People deny and deny that this game isn't rigged because they are the ones winning.
Perfect opponent draws like this happen to me ALL the time. Opponent has full monster zones and no backrow. Draws one card, sets it in backrow. Ends turn. It turns out to be Drowning Mirror Force.
I then draw Infernity Archer, 2000 direct ATK. Exact remaining LP for opponents and it is drawn the turn AFTER the opponent draws the hard counter DMF. This is the key to the matchmaking fix. They will always draw the counter card the turn before yours and the play will look like the one you need to take as theyve handed you the cards to get countered
It happens too often like a heart of the cards show moment for the opponent. Its fixed

Its fixed. Everytime the opponents pulls massive plays in a situation where it would never occur and never does for me.
I pull the 9 star Trishula and wipe one of their monsters on field, destroy one with an attack, banish their only card in hand and their only usable card in the graveyard. The next card they pull allows them to wipe my Trishula and win on that turn with the face down monster I didn't hit.
They always pull something out of thin air. Its fixed. I will lose 10 in a row while just wrecking every move by the opponents until this bs 5% chance pulls happen.

The opponents cards and attacks are too precise to not be bots with matched decks for your counter. The problem is that I don't think this applies to about 90% of the playerbase.
ALL ONE TURN
I will XYZ summon, opponent plays card to destroy XYZ summon, I use Reborn to bring it back and use effect to destroy their monster, they use providence, I use my backrow card to negate it, they have a second one set and use that. I lose.
The cards they have drawn /set before your turn are the exact cards they'll need to stop your advance.
Why set 2 Providence? What if the card I played was a trap? Then they couldn't negate it. The answer is because they already know what you have

Me, playing Infernity
I have many Infernity monsters face up on field. Opponent uses monster effect to wipe my field. Infernity Suppression and Barrier are both set. Neither request an activation. Opponents card says nothing about being protected by card effects, no cards in my and either. Perfect setup. Yet it continues to not work.
That or I will use it to NEGATE the effect and destroy the monster... But the monster will be destroyed with the effect still going through and send my cards back to my and even though I 100% used the card for both the negation and destruction of said card and the game prompted me to use it.
These both happen constantly

Duel Links forces losses to balance out records and W/L ratios. I will win 6 in a row and then every deck I face for a while is perfectly set up to beat what Ive drawn in my opener. You can basically see the switch flip. Using a deck that has so many options that come to fruition for several consecutive wins and then suddenly nothing. Like cards no longer exist in your deck. You dont see amy of them in your opening 4,5,6 cards for more watches than I can track.... And then it flips back and you win a few, the deck shuffles and draws normally. You may not even win all the next few matches, but the draws are entirely different. Work up a streak of 5ish and BAM... Dead draw OTKs are back on the menu for the next few matches

Ive never been so sure that this game is 100% fixed for a specific amount of people in an attempt to generate revenue through purchases as they think their deck is the problem. Im F2P so youll never get any money out of me.
Ive used many top decks at their height and never KoGd. Ive come near and then become locked in a dead draw, opponent god hand/ unrealistic hand loss spiral.
I started losing massively with Sylvan and Shiranui. People told me the decks were dying.
I started losing massively with Noble PRE balance as anything I tried was countered, people told me the deck was dying and that was why.
I was using DDD at the height of the Doom King Skill and STILL was getting wiped relentlessly. Same community excuses as above.
I am now use an Infernity deck and 70% of my opening draws generate nothing even with the advance draws. Then I go second and manage to lay out 3 XYZd and 2 Infernity Traps... EVERY... SINGLE... THING.. got negated or countered and I lost on their next turn. The deck people say is OP because of the amount of negations it can set up is getting out countered.
I will start most of my matches with 2 Typhoons and 2 Traps. So no monsters, no cards to advance draw. I will draw the ONLY 4-5 cards that do not work together to get a monster out.... And then when I finally do it's because the algorithm has given me an opponent who already has the counters set up for the cards Ive been given.
They want you to spend money and this is how they do it.

Its @@@ly fixed situations. This exact situation has happened more than I can count anf just shows that the matches down to what gets drawn when are predetermined.
Ill have 1000lp left as DDD with a gate up, 3 3000ATKs out. Opponent has an empty field and 3 cards in hand. All 3 cards end up being hand trap negation and I lose via gate 1000lp penalty.
Its too perfect and too constant to be random.
