Whoah. Keep Silent Magician LV4 and LV8, your 3 Level Up... E-Controller, Defense Draw and Impenetrable Attack if you want... But everything else have nothing to do in this deck. Yo uhave too many spells and traps. We can't build you a deck without knowing what cards you have.
Ok. It's still not good at all :P First, you need 1 or 2 LV8, 3 LV4 and 3 Level Up. When you have them, try to add 6 Spell/Trap cards to protect your monster (e-controller, Mirror Wall, Etaqua, Impenetrable Attack, etc...) and 7 monsters. Mirage Dragon is a good card because it prevent your opponent to play Trap Cards during the battle phase...
... And Trap Cards are the worst you can meet with your LV8. So 1 LV8, 3 LV4, 3 Mirage Dragon... And 4 other monsters : you can choose level 4 Beaters (1800+ ATK), or tech cards to draw faster, just like Crystal Seer.
Finally, Level Modulation and Level Down are useless in this deck. Really. Level Modulation won't bring back your LV8 (too long to explai, and I'm not native English). Level Down is... bad.
what is that fly kuriboh? dont think its needed so add 2 more dragon or electro then mirror wall than impentrable add 1 more lv8 and a shuffler like marmitting captain of the fan thing u used get rid of the 2 parshath and two headlong or floodgate so
