decks should be 20 cards so you can more easily draw key cards. Decks should have a focus, rather than just being an assortment of unrelated cards. numinous healer should be cut, it cannot help you win games. stop defense is too specific to be useful in most circumstances. you will never summon relinquished with 1 copy and 1 copy of the ritual if u don't have search cards.
you need more search cards or more copies of blue dragon summoner if u want to get out your 1 copy of lord of D in order to be able to use flute of summoning dragon reliably. but most importantly is trimming down the deck, even if it means removing cards you like/use.
Look at other ritual decks. You shouldn't veer off to far from those. 20-23 cards should be most you use. 20 mainly bc it takes too long to get to the cards you need This way. This deck is all over the place. To make an efficient deck you will have to cut cards u like. Its seems you haven't been playing long. Get more cards and do some research
If you want to make a dragon deck using Lord of D maybe something like this: 2xFlute(min) 2xsummoner(min) 2xLordD 3-4xhighattackmonster (to stall:warior dai has synergy with summoner) 3xdragon(blkeyeBEWD) then other would be trap and spell cards. There are many useful cards for these just search the pages for types of trap/spell you may require
