Since crowler event (1 month play), I ALWAYS completed all exclusive card. And will continue on next events to come. Thats cuz Im farming not complaining. :)

RNG? As long as konami dont give 0% rate on certain card it's farmable. I can even farm 3 anti magic arrow and all ur/sr from arkana lvl 20 during marik event!!
