At least it stays on the field for us to obliterate it. The only issue now, atk reduction like WOD dont work against this guy. We still take 800 dmg everytime it attacks directly.
Seems like no. When my Submarineroid was hit with WoD and got 0ATK it attacked directly (specifically with opponent monsters still on the field) and it didn't do squat.
With 0 atk it cannot inflict damage, so that effect does not count. 0 atk sometimes have seemingly wierd interactions. This is one of them. An other is Slyfer's effect can't destroy a monster that has 0 atk when summoned.
