I'd expect Evil HEROes in a box personally. (And really, barring Dark Gaia, they're all probably acceptable at this point.)
I wouldn't expect too many GX duelists (beyond likely eventually getting Atticus and Sartorius, since they've been in the data a while, and obv. unlocking Tyranno). As much as I feel Adrian or Jim could potentially work, they likely won't happen.
It's too bad Blair(Rei) probably won't come to Duel Links. As you said GX does lack female characters so adding Blair to the game would be ideal but Konami would have to pull a random deck for her out their 🔥 since the Mystic cards sadly don't exist.
