AMA, definitely AMA.

You can farm Yugi Mutou right now for Union Attack, but AMA right now cannot be obtained in any other way besides the SR ranked ticket.

As for farming Yugi Mutou, just duel him normally with a good strong decks, until you get Union Attack and can start farming using an actual farming deck.

Ranked duel Sr tickets don't have them. Only the event ticket and the tickets you get while starting the game includes it

It's on KC Cup SR Ticket. For PVP AMA Is far much more useful than Union Attack.
