@Nikolay Yes he can with Ceal. His effect only requires the opponent to still have at least one monster on the field after his first attack. Go test it and see for yourself.
Can confirm, Ceal + Tyrant Dragon = 2 direct attacks on LP as long as opponent has at least 1 monster on the field. With Kaiba's Beatdown Skill, you can deal 4400 damage in one turn.
