I'm actually quite baffled that there aren't any guide decks to help maximize the event yet. Here's some things I've been following since my very 1st run into my 2nd: 1. For an easier time, ALWAYS go with lv20 LDs. Losing any LD duel results in wasted Die & epic frustration. (Fun Fact: literally any other Duel, including Vagabond, still nets you Coins on a lose & you can move on) 2. Math time -- 75 + 45 = 120 coins on Easy>Semi-Easy duels vs 150 for beating a Hard one. All you are missing over Hard mode is 1 overall draw for the Lottery. Not really worth it imo. 3. Here's a deck for Yugi to use & one for Joey to use. Not perfect in the least but can easily make sure you get all the Duel Mission coins for each duel. If you can figure something better out, good on you~ If not, these decks are free for you to use or emulate (because not everyone will have these cards.) Yugi: V V V V V

Remember the basic goal is to use as FEW Die as you can (since we don't get that many) vs gaining as many Coins as you can. Going through the Stages & lv20 LDs nets you the fastest speeds, and, with these decks or something similar, you can make sure to complete every mission bonus they throw at you.

Like I said, if things work out different for you, all the power to ya, however as one who spent way too much time & Die trying to get past Weevil of all LDs, then Mako going for 150 because their decks are so off base than normal, figured it best to stick w/ lv20 to stop wasting Die.

actually i can easily beat mai and rex level 40 and getting minimum 150+30 coins using joey with fusion deck. level 40 isn't that difficult if you can handle their annoying cards. using phoenix deck will shut off bandit and pegasus (you can use phoenix with all character, so just go for extra rewards).

coins are more valuable than dice, you can get infinite dice from SD and ranked duels. but you can't get coins after you finished. better to maximize coins gain and progress slowly than bypassing your chance to finish faster.

While I agree Coins ARE more valuable than Die, you also gain not that many per duel (max 4 Winning a SD, only 2 in Rank). At the same time, and now that the decks for all lv40s are out...there's no way you defeated Mai "easily" w/out massive luck, also, to beat 40s effectively would require separate decks for each LD.

Pegasus' 1st deck is actually his last Event lv40 deck, also not easy w/out a big monster from the start of the duel. I'd agree to shoot for the 150 Coins more if the decks were *actually* easy enough to overcome, but Risk vs Reward vs Time, I have to stick w/ claiming that lv20 LDs are the way to go because its fast enough to net you more duels than taking it slow & trying to takedown every lv40.
