Just a sample deck of Kinetic/Cipher Soilder. Basically the minumum you will need is max Cipher, DNA Surgery and Spikeshield. The skills My Monster Cards or Restart are what I personally recommend, and use whatever tech monsters you like. Finally, some backrow removers and Warrior Elimination are nice additions.
Basically, use Kinetic in face down defense with DNA Surgery and Spikeshield on Standby. When your opponent attacks, at the damage step, activate them and laugh as you OTK them on their turn (Or at least serverly damage them).
Too many non monster card. High risk of bricking. What are you doing to do if you draw two dna surgery and two spikeshield at the beginning of the battle?
