If you don't have 3 copies of Ixchel and/or Banishment, I recommend you to play Compensation skill and put some World Legacy Clash (to deal with opponent's boss monster). Compensation lets you mill the top card of your deck each time your LP is decreased by 1000, and this skill can be used MULTIPLE times per turn. You can easily mill Contact and Sanctified, reshuffle them using your monster's effect then mill them again using the skill, all in one turn.
I don't know how old the post above (you cannot run Clash anymore after Contact got nerfed), but Compensation Darklord is tier 1 deck right now. I wouldn't be surprised if Konami hit the skill later. Either become once per turn, or even worse, once/twice per duel
Or maybe they would change the cost to 1500 LP. Also they might apply the same thing to Sorcery Conduit, so multiple skills would get nerfed at the same time
