Only if you destroy it by a card effect outside the damage step. So basically, only if you destroy it with Widespread Ruin or Treacherous Trap Hole. I'd say Void Trap Hole is actually the better card at the moment, it can hit most things that are SS'd from the deck in addition to Dyna, Anki and Amazoness Queen.
