Skills should be something that simply complements a deck, or giving a bit of help, not something you build your deck entirely around.

the decks always bricks either 30/20 card deck because of exodia skills.

if exodia can be build without grandpa skills and then use skill balance for exodia. and go 1st turn.

Skills are part of the fun of Duel Links. Nerfing all skills into the ground is a really dumb idea.
