This card would be very situational. I find it hard to fit it in any deck type

It is meant to be used with Utopia. But because of the programming Utopia cannot use an overlay unit to negate it's own attack (only the opponents). They did have it working in the ine event but that is it.

When are they gonna fix that bug? Utopia being able to stop his own attacks is what enables wacky card combinations like this one to begin with!
