I have played this deck and it is indeed really strong. However, the strength of this deck does not come from the Sylvan cards but it's synergy with rose lover and world carrotweight champion, which is kinda ridiculous. By being able to send carrot and rose lover immediately to the graveyard from the deck, it is really easy to swarm the field with sylvan cards and excavate a lot of cards to the graveyard. A nerf to rose lover wouldn't be ideal as it will also be a big nerf to Aromage decks and other plant decks. Thats why i would propose a nerf to World Carrotweight Champion. having this card in the graveyard allows you to have a continously double summon. And you are able to send a rose lover from your hand to the graveyard, which gives the player another option to special summon a sylvan. I would propose the following changes to World Carrotweight Champion's effect: 1. If it's effect is used, the next time it leaves the field it's removed from play instead. (preventing continous double summon) 2. the plant-type that needs to be send to the graveyard needs to be level 2 or higher (every Sylvan can be used, but you can't use rose lover as rose lover is level 1). These changes will keep Sylvan as viable as now, but prevents them from swarming the field and reduces the cards they can excavate as well as their offensive power on the field. These changes would also force Sylvan players to adjust there deck accordingly. They can still send roselover from the hand to the GY, but have to use cards like 'dark core', like any other plant deck. I did not comment about merchant, as I havent used merchant. I dont prefer that gameplay, so i cant comment on that. I like to hear your feedback as well
