It's pretty whacked how you can special summon blue eyes very easily and there are many ways to do so where as DM needs a few cards to special summon it.
Dark Magician special summon needs to nerfed especially since it's yugis card and against all these powerful cards yugis DM always triumphs one way or another.
I don't know about yous but the victory beating meta deck users is so much using the original cards.
It is very easy to summon DM. Use Magician's Rod to bring Dark Curtain and use that to summon DM and since it pays half your LP, you can use Arkanas master of magicians skill to get a valuable spell card.
Or you could use legion of fiend jester and protect it for one turn as you can summon one level 4 monster then use legion's effect to tribute Dark Magician right after.
Never to mention that this Dark Magician deck has reached KoG for many people, including me.
Blue Eyes is actually harder to summon and there is less protection for him, on top of that Blue Eyes only has a monster destroying spell and no backrow removal unlike DM.

Back row is easy to take care of with ultimate providence or anti arrow or xin zhen hu and blue eyes also has a dragon friend that stops traps From activating at battle time. Dark magician only has only one dark magic attack and he doesent av spell casters that can stop traps.
blue eyes is extremely easy to summon are you stupid and there are plenty of cards to stop backrow in a trap heavy meta there has to be you just dont know how this game works
Dank you speak like a true gold/plat player. People are getting KOG left and right with DM decks, but nobody is with BEWD. It may be easier to summon, but there aren’t enough support cards.
