I'd love to have Yubel as I love playing it. However, without its evolved forms, it will likely be useless. Battle Mania or such is a must for the decks.
We are ensured to get his evolved forms, since the base Yubel mentioned Terror Incarnate in its text, and Terror Incarnate mentioned Ultimate Nightmare in its text.
