Aliens can be easily adjusted to beat almost every top deck. My current build is pretty standard but runs 1 chalice, 1 triangle, 1 Sph. Kuriboh. I have favorable matchups against Amazoness, Anki and Fur Hires specially. Silent magician has been troublesome tough.
Nah, Alien can definitely be effective against Fur Hire if you know what you're doing, especially since so many furries don't seem to know how to play their own deck.
They're good, but need practice and skill with tech cards to counter the meta. I wonder why this deck gets good results with Duel Links Meta Tournaments, but no one plays this anymore? Probably due to the high cost of getting the tech cards.
The problem with Aliens are that they are too slow compared to other archtypes. Fur Hires, Masked Heroes, Amazoness, and Spellbooks can make a big play in one turn but Aliens can't.
tldr: They're good but too slow compared to top tier decks.
Anonymous, I was just voicing the results of my own hardly worked research. I found that at least most of the time it is matched up with a tier 1 deck the opening is the main decider of victory or loss, and they can still compete on a regular basis with Amazoness, Masked Heroes, and Spellbooks(though Fur Hires are the deck's archenemy due to Dyna)
(Part 2) This is what I found with my research, and anyone is welcome to play it or not to play it. It is up to you. But everyone has the right to opinion and to prove them. I have evidence that they can deal with them. Do you?
(Part 3) Apparently the ones able to have slightly more than 50% chance of victory against the Furries include the Amazoness, Masked Heroes, and Spellbooks. Does this mean that Aliens are dead? I take it to mean that better techs and player skill can refine Aliens to win. That is all. (Feel free to disbelieve me, I am a researcher, and this is what I found out.)
Aliens do well in tournaments because it's best of 3 and you have side decks. When it comes to ladder climbing alien doesn't have the speed or power of the top ranked decks and therefore less people play them.
I absolutely agree to it. Your opening hand almost decides the game, and the tech card, Recomb is the center of the game play (strictly according to my play style) as it acts as both defense and offense.
I am from India and I don't find many players or Yu-Gi-Oh ethusiats from my region. I really like aliens so any insights will be really appreciated!
