Stats is nowhere near good enough to be an SR considering standard unboosted beater are now at 1800. Its also not boosted by any field effects from LD's skill(its actually weakened by Yami). Effect requires specific build that isn't good to be of use. And argument about its being immune to PDS is really weak, 4-starred Ladybug which this card weak to is much more common than PDS
