Vampire is a fair deck. Struggle against heavy backrow deck, also the starting hand is not as consistent as Balance Heroes. It's a good investment because Konami won't nerf Vampire until they hit Cosmo Brain, Spellbook of Fate or any of the Hero monster

Not everyone enjoys playing meme decks, Some people have fun playing competitively and at the highest tier possible. A list of best decks will always exist, and as long as they do people will use them because they want to be competitive. You try playing Neo spatians against bujins or vampires and tell me how it goes.

Well, people want to get to kog as fast as possible and that's why they use meta decks. In kog, it's all meme there.

A meta is defined as "of the thing itself" I.E. context. a Meta deck is a deck that focuses on the entirety of the game and uses the best cards/best combo of cards available, or cards that counter the best strategy. If you aren't playing something by those definitions, you are playing a for fun/meme deck. You're not any more creative for playing a bad gusto deck than you are for net decking.
