This is bs, I used held by tribute in my trap son during this rank duel bs and it didnt distory him.... So either blast by tribute not working or it this card negate the effects.
There is no tribute for the card is a special summoning that's why the Trap card didn't work last fight Ruby only works if you someone Tribute Summons a monster not special summons doesn't count but there is a card that does work a trap card if a monster attacks you and you have no monsters on the field it sent it back to the opposing players deck
