No the monster use up all of his counters and destroyed him self so Victory didn't destroyed it

It's weired. I have been using Viper since it come out. Every time it destroys an opponent's monster, it can activate one of its effect.

You mean Viper did not destroy the Big Core but he destroy himself right? i see, it should be like that

They probably meant that they used all the spell cards to bring the ATK of Viper up to 2400 and then destroyed the opponents monster and then wanted to use Viper's effect to summon a token and then attack the LP directly with the token.

At least that's what I wanted to do first but it didn't work out since I couldn't use Viper's effect after the other monster was destroyed.

in that case, increase atk up to 2000, then make a token, atk with token so BES Big Core destroys itself, and then attack with viper.

please read effect of BES carefully.
"it can't be destroyed by battle."

so, actually, viper didn't destroy BES, but BES destroy himself.
