I tested Doki Doki and its performance felt overall underwhelming.
I do like the idea of running Ties of the Brethren though, I'm going to try that one out.
Beta + Downbeat
1.) Summon Beta, add Gamma to the hand.
2.) Activate Downbeat, tribute Beta to Doki Doki.
3.) Activate Doki Doki, discard Gamma to summon Alpha which adds Berserkion to the hand.
Result : Doki Doki and Alpha on the field, Gamma and Beta in GY, Berserkion in the hand, ready to summon.
(2 Alpha) / (1 Alpha 1 Gamma) + Downbeat
1.) Summon Alpha, add Berserkion
2.) Activate Downbeat, tribute Alpha to Doki Doki
3.) Discard Alpha / Gamma to summon Beta, which adds Alpha / Gamma to the hand
Result : Doki Doki and Beta on the field, 2 Alpha / 1 Alpha 1 Gamma in GY, 1 Berserkion ready to summon and 1 Alpha / Gamma in the hand.
Delta + Downbeat
1.) Summon Delta, send Beta from deck to GY
2.) Activate Downbeat, tribute Delta to Alpha, which adds Berserkion.
Result : Alpha on the field, Beta and Delta on the GY, Berserkion in the hand. In the opponent turn, tribute Alpha to Delta; send Gamma from deck to GY. Berserkion ready next turn, assuming no OTK from the opponent.
2 Gamma + Downbeat and no other magnet in the hand.
1.) Summon Gamma, do nothing lol
2.) Activate Downbeat, tribute Gamma to Doki Doki
3.) Discard another Gamma, summon Alpha which adds Berserkion to the hand.
Result : Doki Doki and Alpha on the field, 2 Gamma in GY, Berserkion in the hand. In the opponent turn, tribute Alpha to Delta; send Gamma from deck to GY. Berserkion ready next turn.
One of Doki Doki downsides is we dont have any reliable way yet in duel links to get rid of it from the field other than TTH, while in a Berserkion-centric deck (which you play more than one copy of Berserkion) you need all the three monster zones to use Berserkion revival effect. In TCG we can just link it into Missus Radiant.
For budget option I advice to use Spiritual Earth Art - Kurogane.
