Just use psychic deck with destiny draw, add some apples too. I won at the 1st try. Don't forget to add summoned skull and draw with destiny draw. To achieve the mission. Btw the lottery is hard to pull. So many trash reward.

Beat Level 40 Weevil in Turn 2 with my Naturia deck. Did not try to complete the extra missions... easy win
