Overpowered ? XD Ur Memekuri has only one good thing, the going first 3 backrow solid set up. Other than that the deck is complete trash. It has no higher ATK than 2800 (lol), it can't destroy, it can't banish, it can't pierce dmg, it can't control opponent s graveyard, it can't do anything vs Sunsaga, Cocytus, Dark Cavalry, BE Ultimate dragons or even Chidori, F lady Every, this deck is weak as f

To the guy above: You do realise that they usually run 2 even 3 offerings to the doomed plus a bunch of other tool synchros. Not to mention the battle changing possitions.

In top of that MEMEKURI have 0 KIND OF PROTECTION on their boss monsters. The most basic destruction/targeting card effect s gets rid of them. The only winning chance MEMEKURI has is going first, set INN and hope the opponent doesnt have anything. If INN EVER FAILS, OR GET REMOVED, ITS
O-VER.
And if Karakuri plays 2nd, their combo dies to ONE negate. This is what u call Tier 1 u f noob ? XD

the need of 2-3 slots for such a weak card itself proves that Karakuri is a f MEME DECK ! It should be able to destroy with no cost, by monster effects to ever pretend having a place in the Tier list ! This is the minimum required

Skipping next draw phase for a deck that draws 2-3 cards in a single turn is not a problem.
Karma cut, balista, raigeki break, fiendish etc all target, still are top traps.
Free draws and free spam special summon boss monsters is enough for a deck to be top tier.

if the decks lives of pure backrow then it is not a karakuri deck it is just a glorified stall deck.

And even at that there by far better stall decks like invoked and roids

Offerings to the doomed is a trash card not because it skips the next draw phase, but because in top of that it targets and only destroyes a monster, not a backrow. If Sunsaga is on the field or Cocytus or Dark Cavalry or BE Ultimate dragon, any good boss monster, ur dead. None of ur cards can pass them, u have to HARD DRAW karma Cut "Puff-Puff" did u forget bat that ? And u can't search it
