As a trade-off, the deck hit Marten and Emerald, which keeps Cosmic (which can trigger Destiny Draw) from being used since it's also at 3.

No lunalight player uses cosmic it shares the limit 3 with marten and emerald and you would need to use 2 to get into destiny draw range

Lunalights users used Cosmic before Marten/Emerald got the L3 nerf is what I meant.

they didn't tho, they used veil to manipulate lp, veil was already at 3 before the lunalight nerf

Veil got nerfed in an Emergency Ban before Lunalights got nerfed (which eventually got one because of the release of Tenki).
