The picture shows both versions of Zane. This reminds me of the character list on the leaks page that shows 2 Zanes. It could just be for this event, but if they really plan to also give us "normal Zane" eventually, then I could see them giving Hell Kaiser mostly cyberdarks and then only releasing most of the good stuff later with a second Zane when Konami feels that we are "ready" for it.
I had that thought too, it would make for a good excuse to not give us Cyber Dragon (I think it's a bit too soon, imo). Maybe Cy-Dra will be released as an EX or regular structure deck as suggested below and the event will give us the Cyberdark support before releasing the actual cards we want. Would be a smart move, imo.
