I'm going to comment on these skills. There's no telling if they'll be allowed for player use or how we will be able to get them. Joey did get buffed with a basically free-to-get Skill.
Bewitching Dance: It won't ever get used. Amazoness would rather use Field of Warriors.
Sea Stealth: Absolutely broken based on the description.
Bakura's Dark Camo: Even more broken.
Marik's Dark Camo: I find it suspicious there are two different skills with the same name. Useless skill because smart players can still keep track.
Straight to the Grave: Potentially good. Could replace the Beatdown Skill most Zombie decks use.
Zombie Draw: I can't see this being good.
Posthumous Army: It will never get used compared to the next skill.
Dawn of the Brains: Potentially meta.

HERO Emergency: Excellent skill that is only held back by lack of good HERO and Spacian cards.
Heroes Never Lose: It's ok. It loses out to Destiny Draw. Potential farm ability.
Crystal Power: Inferior to Ties That Binds.
Meet My Family: Could find niche use but overall seems clumsy to use unless we get really REALLY good Gem Beast support. There's a reason why Exodia isn't commonly used.

No Excuses: Potentially good because of how good Power Bond is, but depends on what Fusions we get with it. Activation is difficult. Unlikely to be used.
Fatal Five: Won't ever get used. I don't think there is a way right now to get a low-ATK monster to attack 5 times at once. It would be incredibly difficult. The best monsters capable of attacking 5 times would probably win by attacking anyway.
LV Change: Good for LV Decks but might not be enough to make LV meta.
Worst of the Worst: Wording is ambiguous and makes it sound like you start with 7 cards. That sounds broken, though. If it just alters your starting hand, that could still be potentially good for an Ojama Deck.
