For normal university students, that amount pretty much translates into a day worth of living expenses (food, transpo, photocopies, etc.) For low-mid to mid-class, P200 shouldn't be a problem though.
India is looking fine though, 4th largest economy after China, EU and US (as of 2017-2018). I think it's not that far from Philippines, whereas at 470 Rs is the rate at which "normal" people would buy a box of (12" large?) pizza, Pizza Hut in Philippines will allow you two 12" large pizza as well for something like 900 Rs. 🔥holes are everywhere, I guess. ^_^
