As i stated, it's annoying if you don't have any cards that can inflict piercing damage before the duel ends therefore, you won't do enough damage. My opinion stands.
Alternatively, monsters that can attack directly (such as Raging Flame Sprite & Drill Barnacle) is another means of inflicting enough damage. Especially when paired with Tyrant Burst Dragon and Power of the Guardians
