Champion's Vigilance only works with Level 7 Normal Monsters, If you want something to negate put Overwhelm in that place, other consistent play can be put two staple cards that match with the current metagame like Possessed Dark Soul or Skull Lair, your deck is pretty decent you already have two of the important cards for Gravekeeper's: Soul Exchange and Enemy Controller.
Sorry I just realize that you already have Skull Lair in your deck, other staple that can match with this is Cocoon of Evolution, works pretty well againts Parasite decks and is a tribute fodder for Chief and Oracle.
Bro champions vigilance only works with level 7 NORMAL monsters. You can use the other trap card overwhelm but the only downside is that it can't negate summons of opponents monsters and only negates traps effects and monster effects !!
