Wise maybe, but Rainbow Neos? HECK NO! 4500 beatstick with mass non targeting-non destruction spinning removal that is easily summonable from Neo Fusion- no deck would stand a chance
At this point, until Grand Mole isn't dumb here, the only things I'd expect to see are Contact Gate (which will see no play anyway) and hopefully Cosmo Neos. (It'd be nice as a Miracle Fusion target, though I suspect Konami would refuse to release it since you can't Summon it the normal way.)
