I found out that these tier 0 comments are mocking some guy on soyddit who said this deck has tier 0 potential that lies somewhere. But it delivers a lot, very strong massive removal effects and massive beaters all in one turn, so there's still nothing to laugh at.
Jokes aside, there really WAS a tier 0 potential....until Konami decides the deck shouldn't be as gamebreaking as back then in OCG/TCG and shot the deck dead by implementing no powerful skills for the deck as well as putting the deck in when the meta is not suitable for it, and not long afterwards the meta just pretty much powercreep the deck.
