This happened twice.
Both in his first event and now.

Worse drop rate than Chazz, dueled him more than 30 times: 0 D.D. Telepon, 0 Time Escaper, just over and over Omega Goggles.

Even though I'm just dueling him once in awhile for exp points and not the cards, I also keep getting the goggles.
