Obtain a Legendary Duelist
Unlock a returning character in Duel-A-Thon!
"If you stand in my way of victory, you'll pay the ultimate price!"
[Late March]
D.D. Tower Appears

It all seems credible, except for that dolphin part. There are too many characters they should add before that, and they'd also have to add Neos as a character.
Also, I'm pretty sure blue Cyrus will be a special roaming event, like elegant Mai. He'll probably be unlocked in his red or yellow outfit.
I dont see see Neos being a Legendary Duelist but rather Aqua Dolphin's ace. One monster can be used as multiple Legendary Duelists' aces. Ask Seto and Mokuba Kaiba.
