At least you can't protect monsters with it, unlike Wall of Disruption. It's powerful, but I think Wall's actually the stronger card here. (Not looking forward to stall decks using Drowning, though.)
F2P are cards that are easily obtainable - card trader, farming, R and N in boxes. SR and UR ar called P2W because there's low chance that you actually can pull them ot of box and getting 3x copies without spending $$$ is pretty tough.
P2W aspect is not in the fact that you have to buy stuff with money, but in HOW MUCH money you have to burn.
Are you honestly comparing spending 10 bucks to buy 2 more Vyons with burning your credit card to buy out UR/SR cards from a 180 main box THREE TIMES?!
Only thing that can be considered p2w is silent magician spell books, you can just try not to buy every pack that was released and save gems.I don't know how people can talk about p2w so strongly when top decks are amazoness and fur hires.
Amazoness is not a cheap deck if you want a strong backrow (without which it's not even that good).
Fur Hire and Sylvans were the two exceptions to the rule.
