I mean, the effect is pretty op for duel links meta

There is a dragon that can special summon a dragon type when he is the target of an effect but the special summoned monsters attack and der become 0 and thats an SR. Masked dragon is far superior so if it gets added i would be suprised if it wasnt at least an SR

i mean, kimido dragon special summons from the hand any dragon type monster. kaibaman special summons blue eyes. dragon of creation can make some pretty shwifty plays. Let's not forget that arkbrave dragon brings dragons BACK from the graveyard. I've even made a few plays with summoner of illusions, blue eyes ultimate and arkbrave.

so to say that masked dragon would be op in an archetype that is already worse than cyberdarks is honestly absurd. Masked dragon wouldn't break the meta, it'd make armed dragons playable.

You are correct but some like it are Sr like shinning angel but most are rare.
