I don't get why ppl complain seeing red eyes, ninjas, toons, phoenix, cyber angels, ojamas, etc.
Be grateful that there are WAY more meta deck variants than friggin TCG, which was only consists of very few archetypes (especially zoo before hit, now it's spyrals and true draco bc master peace and diagram escaped the hit for idk reason)
Lol no one forces you to play metas. I myself play gravekeeper's which is a tier 3 deck. But you shouldn't complain about everyone playing meta because it's meta
Be grateful to a current bad situation? That's like finding a less rotten apple among a whole barrel of rotten apples. That's really pathetic and depressing imo.
Its not about winning every time that they complained. Its the obvious feeling that game balance have been off, when opponents played meta. The feeling of injustice despite good play.
I agree. It's not just about losing Everytime this game has become so unbalanced since they added decks like toon kingdom red eyes and ninjas, and now cyber angels. Are there cards to counter them? Yes but it's only a couple of cards that you have to end up starting out with in a deck of at least 20 cards. So chances are you cant draw your counter cards at the start and you'll end up losing right
Honestly you can't compare this to the tcg at all. The tcg has so many more components in decks and also shares a lot of strong monsters between decks cause they have synchros, fusions, xyz and pendulum where as in duel links we only get 3 monster zones and spell and trap zones max 30 card decks and a very limited card pool compared to the years of cards that the tcg has.
Yes many of these people may have understood game balance problem, but alot of them simply don't care. They just wanna whatever meta available to win it all, its really downhill mentality sadly.
