Got to hand it to the detestable cyber angels players, they have still found a way to be competitive. Instead of panic limiting the angels maybe just semi limit sonic bird and senju?
The new cyber angel deck dont even need Sonic Bird anymore, bro... Just put 3 Senju and 2 Cyber Petit + 7 ritual spell (MAR/MAAR/HYMN/SPRITE) + balance, you're guaranteed to summon Saffira or Dakini on ur 1st turn.
Limiting Sonic & Senju is an extremely stupid thing to do. That would butcher Ritual decks in general. CAs are only good now because they are being played by proffesionals.
I remember the 2017 World Championship Qualifiers. Ritual decks in general ruled it, and it was before CA came out. Trust me, I didn't face one guy who didn't use Crab Turtle. Until the other Extra Deck methods are introduced aside from Fusion, Rituals will be strong.
